Our hotel is a large airport- and conference hotel located close to Copenhagen just 6 stops from the city center. We are a big, international family made up of colleagues from all over the world so English is an essential language amongst our colleagues and our many international guests.

Technical experience as a Manager is a must as well as being passionate about details, teamwork and KPIs. We value people who dare to optimize, say ideas out loud and understand how to be a part of a management team. Mews experience is also a must-have skill.

Your main duties:

• Everyday leading of a team
• Scheduling, holiday coordination etc.
• Optimizing routines to reach targets
• Quality control
• Supply management
• Guest Relations
• Development of employees
• Monthly reporting
• Budget management

Who are you?

• You have minimum of 2 years experience with cleaning from the hotel industry
• You have been a Manager before or you are used to take charge and lead
• You are responsible, steady, positive and forthcoming in regard to new procedures and ideas
• You are ready to work and maintain a good working atmosphere with your colleagues
• You can definitely speak English. Danish, Swedish or Ukrainian is an advantage
• Mews experience is also an advantage
• You can start as soon as possible
